Crafted by the talented team at Galbraith's Brewing Company, this beer is a result of a collaborative effort between the brewers and their British counterpart, Bob Hudson, during a trip to New Zealand in 1998. Brewed with a blend of Maris Otter and two other darker malts from Simpsons, Bitter and Twisted boasts a deep copper-red hue and a full, bittersweet flavor profile. The generous addition of traditional UK hops throughout the boiling process lends a powerful aromatic presence, both on the nose and the palate.
