Mìere: A Delightful Dubbel from Wanaka Beerworks Wanaka Beerworks has crafted a truly captivating Dubbel with their Mìere. This 6.5% ABV beer invites you on a journey of flavors, evoking the essence of honey-filled springtime. The golden hue sets the stage for a delightful interplay of malt and Motueka hop notes, which gently caress the tongue. The real star, however, is the honey – a blend of clover and manuka, used during the bottle conditioning process, that leaves a lasting, harmonious touch on the palate. Wort filtered to 16 plato and with a 25 IBU bitterness, this Mìere is best served at 8-10°C, allowing you to fully appreciate the nuanced flavors.
